Collin Anderson

Prior to the Congressional Innovation Fellowship, Collin was a researcher at Measurement Lab, cofounder of Security without Borders, and an advisory with several organizations focused on human rights and Iran. These involvements center on how public policy can promote online expression and accountability, including regulation of the sale of surveillance technologies and sanctions programs. Collin’s most recent work is an extensive analysis published through the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace documenting how Iran uses cyber warfare to pursue its foreign policy interests and repress dissent.
Collin served with Sen. Richard Blumenthal, supporting on cybersecurity and international human rights.
