TechCongress places engineers, computer scientists, and other technologists to work as tech policy advisors to Members of Congress through the one-year Congressional Innovation Fellowship. To date, we've sent 23 technologists to Capitol Hill and are now recruiting for the 2020 program though August 19. https://www.techcongress.io/
The Aspen Tech Policy Hub, a West Coast policy incubator training a new generation of tech policy entrepreneurs, has opened applications for its second fellowship cohort through August 15. The Hub takes tech experts, teaches them the policy process through a paid fellowship program in the Bay Area, and encourages them to develop outside-the-box solutions to society’s problems. It models itself after tech incubators like Y Combinator, but trains new policy thinkers and focuses the impact of their ideas. https://www.aspentechpolicyhub.org/
