ethan moscot
Ethan Moscot is a technologist eager to tackle cyber issues that highlight differing approaches to security in policy- and technical-oriented circles. He is interested in threats to encryption, national security, and AI. Ethan recently received his M.S. in Cybersecurity and Public Policy from Tufts University’s Department of Computer Science and The Fletcher School, and he has a B.S. in cognitive science from Lehigh University. While at Fletcher, Ethan served as an editor for The Fletcher Security Review and participated in several Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge competitions. Ethan most recently interned at DHS OCIO, where he built a neural network-based, prototypical tool to perform department-wide audits on AI systems in use.
