Jason is a technologist who’s dedicated to implementing AI across a range of public sector use cases, from education to healthcare. His focus is on driving innovation to benefit all Americans, while also emphasizing the importance of governance to mitigate potential risks.

Prior to joining TechCongress, Jason was a staff product manager at Scale AI. As the product lead for the Public Sector Data Engine he worked with agencies such as the CDAO and DIU to build and deploy mission-focused machine learning solutions as well as advising those agencies on AI policy. He also founded and led Scale’s data collection product and worked as a product manager and full stack engineer on computer vision. Jason holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from MIT.

In his free time, Jason enjoys hiking, camping, and backpacking, and has visited 53 of the 63 national parks in the US.
