Kent Keil is a technology leader with a decade of experience spanning operations centers in Iraq to boardrooms in the Pentagon. He has a proven track record in Enterprise IT Operations, cybersecurity, and technical program management.
Kent is dedicated to improving the quality of
support for service members and veterans through emerging technology. Kent is a proud former US Marine Corps Communications and Signals Officer and a veteran of
Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR). Most recently, he served with the Joint Chiefs of Staff as an AI and Digital Modernization Strategist, where he contributed
to the digital transformation of Joint Staff operations. Prior to the pentagon, Kent led the USMC’s transition to a unified Enterprise IT Operations Center: consolidating cloud, systems,
and networking support to modernize and improve the user experience for over 200,000 customers. Kent holds numerous active industry certifications and a TS/SCI. Currently, Kent is pursuing a graduate degree at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, focusing on cyber cooperation policy.
In his free time, he enjoys volunteering with his church and traveling. To date, he has visited all 50 states and 30 countries.
Kent is a third generation Dakotan.
