victoria adofoli
Victoria Adofoli is a tech policy analyst focused on cyber and national security. She holds a master's degree in cybersecurity policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and College of Information Studies. Her government experience includes working for the DoD and a couple of agencies in the Executive Branch.
At DoD, she served as their Multinational Cybersecurity Capacity Building and Cooperation Analyst and helped to enhance partner nations’ ability to detect, protect, respond, and recover from cyber incidents within their cyber domain. She worked on education diplomacy, counterterrorism, and national security acquisition mechanisms at the Executive Branch agencies. Other projects included in-depth research on the cyber and drone policy ecosystem for The Center for Governance of Technology and Systems. Moreover, Victoria collaborated with various civic tech organizations on responsible technology and NGOs on human rights initiatives in Asia. She is passionate about improving U.S. cyberspace and defense policy and promoting global peace in the cyber domain.
Victoria is serving with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (SFRC) Democratic staff’s work on cyber and emerging technology.
