We’re looking for up to 16 engineers, computer scientists, and other technologists to join us as fellows in January 2025.
We award $500 to someone who refers a veteran or transitioning service member, underrepresented person of color, woman, or nonbinary individual to the fellowship.
We are excited to highlight our June 2023 Fellows and their placements in Congress!
Our goal is to find a handful of students— Master’s or PhD’s— that want to help us build this program in Congress. Just like our other fellows, we’ll place them on the Hill, in high-impact offices, working on issues ranging from investigating the security of our elections, to proposing standards for medical device safety.

I could create a long list of the reasons that I was motivated to join the TechCongress.
